Introducing the G0895 4' x 8' CNC Router
The G0895 is a large machine designed to enhance the capabilities of your workshop. With its full-sized capacity, it accommodates a standard 4' x 8' plywood sheet and offers ample spindle clearance for thicker workpieces like live edge slabs.
The machine boasts a substantial work area equipped with a 6-zone vacuum table and a 10 HP pump to secure workpieces in place.
Featuring a 6 HP, 18,000 RPM spindle, AC servo-controlled X- and Y-axes with rapid speeds of 1,600 inches per minute, this router efficiently removes material. The ER32 collet system provides versatility in tooling options, complemented by the included tool setter for easy setup.
An air-cooled spindle and automatic oiler system eliminate the need for additional cooling systems or maintenance schedules.
The hand-held controller, integrated into the machine, allows for program storage on its hard drive, loading programs from a flash drive, and direct connection to a PC for enhanced productivity.
This CNC router is compatible with various CAD/CAM platforms, including Vcarve, Vcarve Pro, Aspire, Cut2D, Fusion360, Solidworks, Type3, Artcam, UG, Pro/E, MasterCAM, Cimatron, and Ucancam.
