The W1669 is a powerful and versatile tool designed for adjustable angled drilling. Featuring a 1/2 HP motor, this drill press smoothly operates through five spindle speeds ranging from 550 to 3000 RPM.
The tilting headstock of the W1669 offers exceptional flexibility, allowing a 45° left tilt, 90° right tilt, and forward or backward sliding over the column for complete adjustability. The 9-3/4" diameter table is optimized for the best use, equipped with rack-and-pinion elevation controls that offer a 9-1/2" vertical adjustment, 90° tilt (left and right), and 360° rotation around the column.
With the capability to easily drill through plastic, fiberglass, composites, and up to half an inch of steel without slowing down, the W1669 ensures efficient performance. The JT33 keyed drill chuck, fitted to the JT-33 spindle taper, provides up to 3-1/4" of travel and accommodates drill bits ranging from 1/16" to 5/8". The adjustable threaded depth stop ensures predetermined and repeatable drilling precision.
