G0445 24" 10 HP 3-Phase Platen Type Wide-Belt Sander
The G0445 24" 10 HP 3-Phase Platen Type Wide-Belt Sander features a combination drum and platen head designed to enhance the finish on wood pieces up to 24" wide. This machine caters to woodworkers, cabinetmakers, and production shops, accommodating sanding of thin and relatively short pieces.
The double infeed and outfeed pressure rollers efficiently process short pieces, ensuring continuous downward pressure on stock as thin as 1/8" and as short as 9". The required sandpaper dimensions are 25" wide by 75" long.
The feed belt, made of harder rubber, prevents distortion of thin stock during sanding, providing parallel sanding across a thickness range of 1/8" to 6".
Additional features include a digital readout, powered table elevation, variable-speed, disc brake stopping system, and a dust-proof photoelectric eye/pneumatic control for belt oscillation.
The machine comes with a 1-year warranty covering parts and factory defects.
