Designed for industrial-level production work. It features a 15 HP drum motor and independent motors with digital controls for table elevation and conveyor speed. The machine accommodates a variety of work sizes, from 1/8" thick pieces to large tables and slabs.
The automatic side-to-side movement of the sanding belt enhances sanding results and extends belt life. Safety features include an amp/load meter, built-in regulator/water separator, emergency stop panel, and disc brake.
Replacement belts for the SB1096 are available for purchase. The machine is built to South Bend high-precision industrial standards and comes with a 2-year warranty.
